Session:
For Such A Time As This!
This seminar invites homeschooling families to see their journey through the lens of Esther 4:14—as a divine calling, not a detour. Just as Esther was placed in a foreign culture without a clear roadmap, yet positioned by God for a specific purpose, homeschooling parents today are living out their influence right where God has placed them: in their homes. What may have begun as a response to circumstance—a struggling child, a difficult school environment, or a desire for faith-centered learning—often reveals itself as a God-given calling. This session will encourage parents that they are “positioned on purpose” for such a time as this, while also equipping them with practical tools for the task. Drawing from Scripture and educational research, we’ll explore how God has always been the master teacher—using visual learning, storytelling, active engagement, and intentional training. From Proverbs 22:6 to Jesus’ parables, and from role modeling to modern concepts like Bloom’s Taxonomy and scaffolding, parents will be reminded that God not only calls—but also equips. You are not alone. God is for you, God is with you, and God will faithfully supply what you need.
